I’m Rachel Barber – Director of RLFB Limited and a certified Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

My journey in accountancy began back in 2003, and over the last two decades, I’ve built a career I’m incredibly proud of. I’ve worked across both practice and industry, with clients ranging from sole traders and SMEs to large corporations (including a US-listed business with a turnover of around £200 million). That blend of experience has given me not just technical expertise, but also a deep, practical understanding of how businesses really work.

Over the years, I’ve supported companies across a wide range of sectors—from manufacturing and construction to childcare, IT, hospitality, agriculture, and more. One thing I’ve learned? No two businesses are the same. That’s why I never take a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in tailoring my services to suit each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.

What truly drives me is helping my clients not only stay compliant, but actually understand their numbers and use them to make better decisions. I love demystifying finance, solving problems, and creating efficient systems that make business life easier.
